The CSU-CHILL National Weather Radar Facility, located in Greeley, CO, is an advanced, transportable dual-polarized dual-wavelength (S- and X-band) weather radar system. The facility is operated by Colorado State University, under the sponsorship of the National Science Foundation and the University.

The new Delta Tau Power PMAC antenna controller is currently being installed on the CSU-CHILL pedestal. This rack holds the computer card containing an embedded Linux system running on a Power PC chip. This system has been adopted by CHILL and NCAR-SPOL as part of a jointly developed radar control system.
