CSU-CHILL RHI scan through a strong thunderstorm approaching the town of Windsor, Colorado on 29 July 2014. One-way specific differential propagation phase values of up to 5 deg / km indicate the presence of intense (~5 in / hr) rain rates. Localized flooding was reported in Windsor.
