Summary
Slow azimuth scan rate, 3 sweep surveillance scans were being done during the mid-afternoon hours. According to SPC spotter reports,a weak landspout type tornado was observed at 2034 UTC 3 miles SSW of Bennett, Colorado. A cyclonic rotation pattern was present in the CHILL data near this time and location.
